Sept 29 - Nov 12 2009 This project was a collaborative effort between the Centre for International Governance Innovation, the Organization of American States and the Canadian International Council. Together the organizations implemented an e-Conference series that will allow experts from Canada and around the hemisphere to engage with specialists from around the hemisphere in four thematic discussions.
